The properties in the right panel of the PCB interface is the setting window for devices or other elements, where the properties of devices or other elements can be modified.
In the PCB interface, you need to select the device to click the properties, and you cannot click the properties interface without selecting anything.
When selecting the overall PCB, you can filter out other properties in the right panel - Properties, and select one of the properties to modify.
