Parameters
Parameter | Type | Description |

projectUuid | string | (Optional) 工程 UUID 或客户端工程文件路径，如若不指定，则默认为当前工程 |
timeoutMs | number | (Optional) 最长等待时间（毫秒），缺省为 60000 |
Returns
Promise<boolean>
工程是否已在超时前就绪
Remarks
阻塞等待目标工程数据加载完成，返回前不会误判「工程为空」；超过 timeoutMs 仍未就绪时返回 false ADD since EDA v4.1.79
